The TDEE total daily energy expenditure calculated is very accurate for your fitness level. The heart rate calculators are very important for your cardio vascular fitness.
They would be useful to determine your target heart rate for your workout be it a small warm up, endurance training, fat burning or High Intensity Interval Training HIIT. More useful calculators are in the works!
